Purchases

NiyaSuite services are sold as digital goods that provide access to our audio processing services. Due to the nature of our services, purchases are final and non-refundable once processing has begun.

Eligibility for Refunds

We may consider refund requests in the following situations:

  • A purchase was made but the service has not been used for any processing.
  • A processing job failed due to a technical error on our end and the run was not automatically returned to your account.

Non-Refundable

  • Service runs that have been used for processing, even if you are unsatisfied with the results.
  • Subscription allotments that have expired at the end of the billing period.
  • Change of mind after a purchase has been made.

Failed Processing

If a processing job fails due to technical issues on our end, the service run will be automatically returned to your account. No manual request is needed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible unused purchase, please email us at team@niyaaudio.com with:

  • The email address associated with your NiyaSuite account.
  • Details of the purchase you'd like refunded.
  • The reason for your refund request.

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method via DodoPayments.
