1.3 Audio Data (NiyaSuite)

When you use NiyaSuite services, you upload audio files for processing. These files are processed automatically by our algorithms. We do not retain ownership of your audio, and files are deleted from our processing servers after the service is rendered, except where necessary for user-initiated re-downloads.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the trusted third-party providers required to operate our business.

• Retention: We retain account and purchase history indefinitely to allow you to access your purchases and re-download processed files.
